How do I cancel my monthly contributions

We need to receive the instruction to cancel the direct debit 10 working days prior to the collection date, which is the first working day of the month. If the instruction is received less than 10 days to the collection date, the existing monthly contribution will be collected and will then be cancelled the following month. 

To stop the money from being collected, you can cancel the direct debit with your bank. Please note that by cancelling the direct debit with your bank, the bank may not allow you to set the direct debit back up again in the future. This is due to some banks not allowing direct debits to be set up with the same reference number.

Once you've logged in:

  • Click View Account on the account you wish to cancel your monthly contribution
  • On the right-hand side of the monthly contribution you wish to cancel, click the cancel button
